KLM Rental Group is looking for a driven and experienced Manager to join our team in Clearwater, FL! Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and exceptional customer service
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet and exceed performance goals
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and key performance metrics
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders
- Identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions to drive continuous improvement
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar business management tools
- Experience with budget management and performance tracking
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
